I generally do my meal planning on Monday, so I plan meals out Tues-Mon. Just in case you were wondering. Also, a couple of last week's meals weren't made. Life just got busy and we went out to eat once, and another night we just had more leftovers. So a couple meals may seem like repeats, but they're not.
Mon: Vegetarian Chili and Cornbread Muffins
Wed: Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, Fruit Salad, and Fresh Veggie Tray with Ranch Dip
Thurs: Bean and Veggie Enchiladas
Fri: Pizza or Take Out (out of town)
Sat: Leftovers
Sun: Szechuan Pork and Green Beans with Brown Rice

LOVE when you do this. I don't mind cooking, but I HATE thinking of what to cook. I've been pretty bad at planning meals lately because we've been in and out of town, but when I do, I'll share my meals with you so we can all have more ideas! LOVE new recipes! I've only had dinner about 2 times this week. Mostly take out. I'm impressed that you plan these meals out and actually follow through with them. Sounds like a lot of work. You're such a good mommy!
